Now I know your lying, LoC attacked ICD, that's it since I have been with LoC. If you are trying to say CC was netting when warring LoC everyone knows differently. No argument to be made, just facts.

Just to clarify because I know your ignorance needs it. Yes, LoC attacked CC after a CF was made, mind you the CF with no terms, or limitations. LoC was also the underdog, we were beaten down in war(tag killed even), requested a CF, regrouped and attacked back. You were winning against IMP, agreed to a CF and then attacked IMP and attempted to justify your actions. There are some clear differences in the situation here, don't attempt to deny it further. I am also not denying that our actions have not driven others out of the game, but what I can say is that we have no problem being accountable to it, where CC thinks their fluff don't stink. Once again, clear differences. You can deny what you want, makes no difference to me, it's your rapport, not mine.

I have stayed pretty well neutral with all the fluff hitting the fan with CC & IMP. But since this is addressed to the server, I feel that it is time for me to weigh in.

I have yet to see a positive portrayal from CC to the server. It genuinely sounds like you guys want to help the server, I hope that is the case. Although I must admit that your actions since I have returned to EE and FFA have been nothing but positive, downright bullying. Might I remind you that you have literally driven tags and players out of this game and this server because of your actions. You cannot deny this because I have first-hand knowledge of CC driving Juusto/PANLV out of the game. Warring is not the same as bullying, just to be clear, there is fun to be had in the war aspect of this game, but not at the expense of its user base. I bring this up not to bully you but to ensure that mdevol/Akula are informed to your member's actions so that you can be accountable for those actions.

Although I have a strong dislike for CC(due to their actions), I also don't want to see a dying game lose more players, in that I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.

Not correct, we were considering other options as well.

For anyone with this questions, here is my answer.

We have been down that road with CC before, time and time again. Each time although we have learned something, we have not been able to match nor exceed CC's activity and size. With that each time the results are the same. So, in attempt to better ourselves, our activity and, our moral we decided to attack a clan of equal size. Our team, with me leading the idea decided that it would be best to give a 24-hour notice. For several reasons, first and foremost, we have no beef with ICD. Second, we recognized they were netting. I admittedly made a grave mistake by allowing myself to be talked out of providing the notice. Mostly out of fear of CC's inevitable involvement. For that I have no problem apologizing, as it was a mistake on my part alone. I am not perfect, I am only human, what I can guarantee to my team and anyone else is that it will not be a mistake I will make again. However, I also want to be clear that when Sherita asked me the question, I did not beat around the bush and fully admitted that we were considering them as a possible war target several days prior to the FS. I agree that my actions should not be justified nor am I trying, I just want to be sure that everyone understands the facts.

I am proud of my team they fought valiantly, and with tenacity, despite my mistake. I also respect the dedication this team has to LoC and myself. Despite my actions my team has stuck by my side and I would also like to take the time to recognize that, Thank you.

It was never my intention to act in a deceitful way, the notice was not provided as I was concerned about CC intervention. My clanmate and I had agreed that a 24 hr notice was only fitting, but proper and respectful as we truly have no beef with ICD. It was my respsobility to uphold the integrity of this clan and through my actions alone failed. I accept full responsibility for those actions and will strive to do better.
