My girlfriend has been suffering from panic attacks. Those do not come because she is worried or something has happened. They are just there and she doesnt notice until she goes to sleep. She got some pills for it which I think are anti depressant pills. After she started taking them anxiety and panic attacks stopped completely. Now when she´s trying to get pregnant she cant take the pills and the fluff started again :P So drugs do help in her situation. I guess where there is a pshycologial reason for this drugs arent the first or only option. I got panic attacks during exams in uni. I learned meditating which helps a lot and I also had sessions where I was my behaviour was "corrected" Basically they told me there was no reason for my drastic reaction. (drastic reaction was thinking i´d die during an oral exam) :P

Weight lifting in the gym and jogging outside 3-10km each time. 3-6 times a week depending on how much time I have. This along with healthy food. No soda (I mainly drink water) not much sugar in general, more green, fishoil and pleanty of fresh meat! And yes, hiking in the summers! Everything unhealthy in moderation.

In my experience... Toyota corolla is one of the longest surviving mofos I know about. Toyota in general are very nice. My parents have Land Crusier and well... service is excellent and not much to repair. Its 8 years old now and not many probs.

So, in my understanding, an ionic bond needs to have a metal to form. But NH4Cl is ionic, despite being formed of three non-metals. Why?

NH4 is a combination of N and 4 H. H has one electron and would need one to become stable. It gets those electrons from N that has 5 available. So the 4 H get 1 electron each from N. Then N has one extra electron left which makes it NH4+. Then comes along Cl- and takes the last one away from the N making it NH4Cl?

Metals usually have extra electrons and wants to give them away. Hence some metals rust cus they bond with oxygen. Neon a nobel gas would however not bond cus it has 8 electrons on the second ring so its full and that element is stable.

Someone my come along and declare this bullfluff so dont trust this at all :D Havent studied chemistry since high school and this information should be read with that in mind!
