Who believes the Bears will buy Arlington Park Race Track and land from Churchill Downs so they can move to Arlington Heights and build a huge, domed stadium? Or is it just a negotiating ploy?

a little birdy told me that soldier field was completed in 1924, the bears moved there from wrigley in 1971.
