Absolutely and it is very clear in the rules...but I don't agree how it was all handled.

Cheaters gonna cheat, but unless I am missing something he ran 16 or less countries on the FFA server. Was he warned? A cross server deletion? It's not like we (FFA community and EE) are overwhelmed with players. I guess they are making an example. I am no Hawk fan but...really?!? I like playing against real players not bots.
