Move Leaderboard updates to being at the end of the reset rather than every day for attacks, missiles and the like.

1) it will depend on server load (we don't want to crash the server when it updates)
2) will depend what version of "resets" list the script uses.

This is mostly for Req. Because yes this needs to happen before profiles are forced open. Which has already been suggested.

How about a noticeable bonus for players who have an open profile?

An extra 10% for explore rates or turns or whatever

I don't think netters need incentives for opening up their profile, the incentive should be more missiles or spal boost.

Fewer earthquakes for users with open profiles.

I don't think suiciders care if they get earthquakes or not, their goal is to be pests, and I was being sarcastic about the missiles and spal 😉
