41, 45, and 46 are OFEC's - one was in SoF, the other two in LaF I think...

If they are in GDI then they are not the same person or using a significantly different strat. (If you can call sending unprovoked missiles to random people a "strat.")

Besides doesn't declaring WAR bypass all GDI restrictions?

I don't find this so funny. Were you guys wanting to intimidate other players into avoiding attacking your countries because of the threat you were colluding? Are you colluding by organizing outside the game to act as a team/clan in Express?

Funny was when I named my country "Toilets of Stalingrad" and then "Walls of Stalingrad" created his country immediately after mine even though I had never talked to him and he's in Europe and I'm in the US.

It's funny people are making a big deal about it... some people use the same country names across servers... these guys probably have the similar names from something in an alliance
