1. They knew and support it (most obvious case)

I love how laf gets caught cheating and instead of acknowledging it you just have KoH and galleri come to do sarcasm and play it off like it’s nothing

Chevs is prob just a little upset he got kicked from LaF!

Even though people who made a deal with him backed out and short changed him (when I made a bad deal I still paid up and helped Gerdler get #1 with FA; and I wasnt the only one FAing him) he still beat some of them who tried to fluff him over.

You know, jerk offs ran around accusing the old original MI of cheating using multies too. The problem for them was that no MI country ever got purpled because that was a very important part of the MI culture. Don't give the enemy the easy win. Straight up, EVERY MI country participated in wars, or killing and NEVER cheated, because it would seriously suck to have a country removed from the battle by the admins instead of costing the enemy turns and military.
