Someone double tapped me, I am killing him (200 civ left)
Should I let him live, this way I know it will be a long way to recover and there is only 24h left to the set.
If I kill him, he will have the opportunity to start fresh with a fluff bunch of turns for his revenge.

I killed that country and I would kill it again even as a cherry pick.

I also admit to grabbing steady mobbing and sending a message saying retal and only because he failed 3 spy ops on me. He saw my news he knew I was a player but he figured he would LG me until he saw that i had 366 (300) turns on hand.....

To be fair, I've done that before, except seeking advice part, left country with under 500 civis then waited for him to rebuild while I stocked turns, then kill him the next day, for some reason that was my most gratifying kill ever....
