I'm struggling to stay in the t15 land this set. Bots running high def, even with military and strategy tech + light weapons tech is tough with bot selection running fluffhouse returns on grabs and its expensive with bots higher def.

Laf uses landgrabbing scripts/macros that calculate DR and break all you have to do is run it (make sure you have enough jets) and enjoy optimal land out of all bots.

They also have scrapping programs for all the upload sites so all the bot spy ups are constantly updated

How else do you think I t10 last set I just pushed a button and would have won if Gerd didn’t cheat like usual

hitting 3 times a second is easy, you mash the mouse button.

back when there was internal competition, where 5 guys would sit on IRC all day chatting and waiting for DRs to wear off.

once I got too eager. hit a second before DR wore down, then spam clicked, hit 5 times, completely wasted 10 turns.

it was hilarious though

The DR half-lives was what removed that aspect. DR no longer resets at 24hours so theres no need to camp. It resets at 72 hours but by then it has already been halved 3-6 times which means the reset is almost always meaningless to camp.

Didn't read the thread. 10 years ago I struggled to be in the top half of laf netters. 5-10 years before that I would struggle to t500. I was top 5 the last couple of sets. A few sets back I t10'd and didn't even know that c:c DR was a thing.

I use no scripts, or even the recommended tools or strategies. I barely plan and my country advice thread is mostly filled with good players cringing at my build.

An even crazier fact is we're having t10 countries that screw up their destock. The destock is a few simple steps(put stuff on market, change government, drop land, recall from market, change government, buy private) that takes 15 minutes. And they're beating almost everyone anyways.

Most of the best players have either left or don't care about netting anymore. And half competent netting is now pure wizardry.
