You have my assurance that there was no collusion in this. I've got more important things to do than to haphazardly finagle a co-op against one country on a solo-only server with 5-day resets.

The fact they happened so close together was just an unfortunate fluke.

my advice would be to get some land and some tech and just produce that cash yourself. This is not at all effective, and the timing makes it look very much like cheating.
