As of Dec 20th 2010 at 0:00GT TAG Prometheus declares war on Tag NOW3P.

Will you show or will you stay a joke and hide in your warm little 400+ country tag.

Whats on the table loser quits FFA forever. So do you have the balls or not?

How winner is picked.
1. number of kills.
2. hpk.
3. total Missiles fired.

each area is 1 point 2 or more points is the winner at end of set.

NBK will kill any country not in the 16 country string by prometheus should the agreement be made. Any restart will be killed as well. 16vs16, or nothing.

same goes with NOW3P if he has the balls too. it will be 16 vs 16 no restarts can join in and fights to last country standing. number order has no problem because only 16 countries can tag after that no one can join.

I dont run multis Kill4Free so you should have pointed at NOW3P he is in LaE and all.

Restarts are not multies. A 16 v 16 is just that. Dont have the patience to deal with all the restart crap. So if he agrees to your deal, 16 v 16 countries. 1 week into set (also my rules) may the best player win. Any hit beforehand on either side, even if countries arent specifically tagged will be punished.

Agreement to the Prometheus vs NOW3P War.

On Dec 20th 2010 at 0:00 game time. I Prometheus and I NOW3P will be warring each other in a friendly all out 16 vs 16 war.
The rules for this war is as follows.

Rule One: On Dec 20th 2010 at 0:00 GT the 2 players at war will tag up 16 countries. These 16 are your only 16 able to join the war.

Rule Two: No player can tag up any new restarts to there tag. Also any new restart can not help in any way shape or from.

Rule Three: No Aid or market movements can be sent out side these 16 countries or pacted out side these 16 countries.

Rule Four: No Aid or market movements can be sent before the War starts out side your 16 countries.

Rule Five: Failer to follow these rules will be a death to 1 or more of your first 16 countries. Only tag that can kill these countries are the other guys police. If aid or market movements have been made player losses the war right there and then.

Rule SIX: Player that losses the war here by quits playing Free For All server forever.

Actually pretty good rules honestly.

To make it more clear, any FA involment in this war, will mean the death of any country that is FA'ed, and the FA'ing country.

Rule 6... Screw you.

Rule 4... Cannot enforce.

Rule 3... Also cannot enforce.

As for the cannot enforce rules, it is 1 week into set, what can anyone do?!
