depends for what use you will buy laptop. hdd is slow.

product details have some very conflicting info vs what's shown next to pic.

you might get refurbished laptop with same or better specs from newegg.

doesn't say anything about battery life (should be ~8 hrs in normal use).

lenovo is like huawei/zte. They've been caught adding back doors via firmware (cannot be removed with os reinstall) and kept doing it. Shouldn't be an issue if you don't mind the Chinese gov't knowing what you do

Well it doesnt seem to work anymore. But when you were KRd and walled. If you set tax rate to zero for a little while, you used to be able to regain population faster. But of course you would be losing more per turn. With all the game change mechanics, that doesn't work anymore.

It's certainly harder on your stock but if you're lite on turns and need to make the most of them. But idk, i definitely only use it to recover from between 10% of my pop to 30% or so...

If i stave off a wall i probably only run 40ish turns part way into my recovery at 0 ish?

As a habit tho its still one of the first things i do when i start walling. Wait for half pop, buy up, drop land, tax rate 0, check news...
