Is it possible with the current moderation to force someone into collusion and get them deleted. I'm guess it is possible!

Lets you you as an example Marshal.

I see marshal attacking someone, I join in to help marshal unannounced to you.

Mods see that and it looks like collusion when in fact I am a rogue country trying to get someone deleted.

Both Marshal and I get deleted for collusion.

This has already been briefly discussed on the mod board.

It would be a bad for a player to get caught attempting such.

Mods are way too trigger happy with the delete button.. gotta let people play the game unless it's absolutely obvious

I had an awful delete experience last set, but still support them being trigger-happy with deletes.

(That said, I was in the wrong and don't know how/if the appeal process actually works. No one replied ;-) )
