Is it best to stay Monarchy for a while or switch straight to a government?

Mon has it advantages over tyr and dict early in the reset when you are exploring and getting your bpt up. Once you are ready to grab then those govs have better advantages.

I like staying mon until it is time to switch to techer - theo has a lower sell price on the PM. If I plat tyr techer I switch to tyr just as I start grabbing. No need to have a lower per turn income until it is needed.

if you plan to switch to dict and do shortish techphase then stay monarchy until teching is done and then switch to dict.
