With the way ICN sheltered many of the countries involved in the conflict, I'd say they're in, whether they want to be or not.

It's pretty clear that killing you guys will just give you what you want, but killing ICN during their reunion set for harboring you will get LaF what they want and make you a lot more upset.

Laf is just triggered. they claimed they had crushed Elders off the server. It was so hilarious to watch you netting and grabbing bots and really putting a LOT of work into your countries to be the best you can me... only to have the Elders come back and make you war instead.
