I would expand on that

the largest clan on the server was involved in an oop war, none of them ran tech startup

the next 4 largest clans, nbk, panlv, focus, and imp are also at war, and while I'm sure they ran tech startup, they are probably mainly farmers now

Simply saying "panlv is at war so there is no tech" is kinda dumb

ford: But between LaE's OOP war and our war, that does account for the two biggest netting clans, which probably means most of the techers.

So it is somewhat oversimplified, but I doubt NBK and IMP would be dumping much tech on the market (at least comparatively to LaE and PAN) even if they weren't already at war.

havent really been techin very much for readiness anyway... been mostly doing spy ops, or rebuilding my buildings...

you will know its mine when you get to $9995... dont wanna be too greedy ya know :P
