I'm guessing this is the actual answer. I assume it's hexadecimal in groups of eight, but that's as far as I could get with my average computer knowledge.

most likely a random md5 hash code generated at user creation or whenever you click generate new code. This is to ensure only you can upload your ops to the proper 3rd party sites and not someone else but since you gave your hashcode out to public forums anyone can steal any intel you do if you setup in preferences a site to send too and they know that site you selected.
