anybody can walk into downtown wherever, use their 4g or lte or whatever, and they can;t.. they would have to, like for me on forums, block any toronto public ip to stop me. i have asked them to do so. i asked politely if they could stop my posting, and they said no, they can't.

one could only presume that works for account and country creation, as well.

Express. you didn't know at the time it was me as I never even participated in the forums. I just remember I Ab'd you into the ground.. to the point where you didn't even retaliate and in effect you had a horrible finish.

I don't play on the FFA server, never have.

and I've been playing this game on and off since you could buy missiles on the public market (beta days).

I don't feel like going through the news of every single one of my countries, but even if you did AB me into the ground, I wouldn't call that an ass kicking. Sounds like you just suicided. I played all-x almost exclusively for the longest time, and if I didn't do that I only hit countries one time.

It was on Express. Anyway, my beef was never with you KingMe. I actually respect your netting abilities. My intention was to have a netting set. But when you are constantly getting chased around by suiciders. At least 2 this set you get fed up. I retaliated, I cheated.. My intention was never meat to tick you off. Now, lets just drop if and let Warster make the call.

You're not pissing me off. As far as I knew I'd never even interacted with you. I just don't condone cheating. Like you said the mods should clean up any transgressions.

Any particular reason his restart MacDaddy (#117) looks like his country died and was not deleted? It seems to have gotten the "you found all this free junk in the ruins of your old country" perks. That shouldn't happen if a country is deleted.

EDIT: Unless Mr Hawk decided to name his restart after his opponent, but the time of the restart is right after the deletions of the multis.
