elsewhere = decay/pm regen/expenses/free gdi

I put all my points in luck one time when I was running tyr techers with high missile production and I felt like it made a difference. Could've been all in my head, too.

no, on non-express pick 1 and get it maxed (pm regen can't be maxed) and rest spend on something else like pm regen or turns and when cashing then on booms.

And I only use luck on FFA when prepping for war. Luck influences everything from land gained from exploring, to booms, to missile production.

Otherwise I always go PM regen when netting for all servers but express. This server I go free GDI then booms on the last day.

But that is just my preference.

on longer running servers, almost all my bonus points go into luck. though, I don't ever netgain on other servers so I don't even think about using things like decreased expenses, etc.

I had 18% luck and -25% expense on FFA had missiles coming out my ass/ears/eyes/nose/pisser and spies that cost alot less, also luck isn't suppose to effect booms but I had more than the usual on all 16 all the time in 120 turns was getting min 2 booms and upto 10 at best, still suffered eq's but most time it was very little buildings (could've just been a lucky set though).

hmm. I think there are players that could likely 'prove' it with math in relation to how their countries perform with and without luck. would require a bit of research, but someone's bound to have done it
