The best way to remember them is to enjoy yourself and have a good day. If you think any one of the fallen soldiers you are remembering would want you to be sad and depressed, then you never served and don't really understand the sacrifice they made. Fortunately, I did, and I am here to correct you. :)

The best way to honor them is to bring all the troops home.

youre right
but they would want you to enjoy all year long. memorials days are to remember and honor those who killed. it cant be enjoyable and cant be fun. when you think about their families and friends sadness and pain
