Dear Earth Community,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our calculators broke from overuse, and we forgot about our 100th reset this reset. Thus, we are now officially announcing next reset will be our 101st reset.

If they've always been around 8 weeks and you include two two-week test sets we should be close to 110.

though Omega is announcing 100 and we're only what? a set older?

if ee wiki is correct then omgd (omega) is set/month younger than laf.

Quite incredible achievement (that goes for all clans that still exist).

Was part of LaF back when Don Trafficante was around (maybe he still is though),
but wasnt that active on the boards :)

LaF is older than Omega by one set, but SoL should be the same age as LaF. Pretty sure LaF's first 1a set in the summer of '98 was also the first set SoL played in 1a (outside of UCN), one set after the HAN/UCN war. MD and Omega started one set after LaF/SoL.

LaF topped 1B before moving to 1A in the 98 summer.
LaF has been around for longer than 1A

if we have to discuss 1A resets, then what about actual tagged resets?

That's probably my fault. ICN started trying to piece together their history several years ago.. none of us had ever really documented a whole lot, and the alliance had been through several different websites (starting out on vladlands.com)

Anyhow, I can't remember for sure who contacted me to ask questions.. probably Nole, but someone asked if I remembered who started ICN and when. I'm almost positive I discovered this game in the spring of '97, and thought I had joined ICN by the fall of that year. If SOL and LAF are the oldest alliances and started in '98, obviously I was off by a year. I know I was there for ICN's first reset though, when we split from TGA.

I know for a fact I joined E2025 at the end of the last set without tags. The last week of January, 1998. Next set Feb 98 - April 98 was the first set of tags. I tagged Fury.
