Hey, haven't played this game in a while. As I remember it, amount of money you can store caps at 2 billion, is that still the case?

There is no tech for boosting oil production. With just a little Ag tech farming is a lot more cost effective.

Base income/turn from one (1) acre of land (excluding: agriculture technology, government bonuses & public market taxes):

1 Farm = 5.3 bushel/turn
If minimum private market price = $29/bushel, then 1 Farm = 5.3 bushel/turn * $29/bushel = $153.7/turn

1 Oil Rig = 2 Barrels/turn
Minimum private market price = $60, then 1 Oil Rig = 2 Barrels/turn * $60/barrel = $120/turn
