You start stocking tomorrow.

Generally you want to start at around 1200-1500 turns.

CI's Don't stock. Techers stock earlier than other strats.

The only time stocking makes sense on EXPRESS is when someone is manipulating the market like this set:

Wow saving all my turns for the end is huge fail with these food prices.
