It's tough. There is a balance between a military top-down hierarchy and being too structured and drive people away.

Having a military background I tend to prefer the structure. If I am in a clan. I am a foot soldier.

But I also respect the line Imp needs to walk between reigning him in for the good of the clan and being a dictator and driving people out.
