Am I confused ? Or did something change that I didn't notice?

Several resets ago, it was changed so that in the beginning of the reset, the minimum number of civilians killed is lowered (or there is no minimum maybe?). I think that's for the first two weeks of each reset.

im not sure what the point of that change was, given that killing is usually bad early in the set anyway

i guess it makes killing bad for longer

think of it as the EWPP before the EWPP

it was made to prevent oop wars which were common before that.

GS min returns go up by 1 every 200 turns on the server clock.

BR min returns go up by 1 every 100 turns on the server clock.

1000 turns is a shade uder 2 weeks.

Missile/AB/spy op returns are not affected as far as what I have noticed.
