Is everyone having fun during this second post Spirit Rules set?

Its seems the numbers death spiral has reversed pretty quickly, over 100 for the second straight set. Have not seen over 100 since . . . wait for it . . . yep, since then.

The difference being every single one of those kills were suiciders/war kills. Look into the average networth of the netting tags to get a feel for how the community as a whole has improved since then. This set has been perfect imo. Last set server war was inevitable but I only see things getting better. Everyone I have talked with is on the same page as far as keeping wars as fair as possible which imo is exactly why the rules were put in place to begin with.

I think the player base has matured and all the idiotic killing has finally stopped and it is thanks to the mods enforcing the previous rules.

I was one of the players who was always killed 6 times in a reset in a gang bang war for some BS reason that Boltar and Co. Would make up. So personally I was glad that the rules were put in place because that gave my team a chance to fight back and eventually the BS FS'es stopped now that they couldn't tag kill us in 20 vs 5 war.

The "new" reborn server I s nice because you can basically do whatever you want now and no one seems to be abusing other players for now. Let's see how long this peace lasts...

You do make some silly grabs. At least when I was in your tag we had some problems because of it. There is nothing wrong with that, but you can't claim that your grabbing didn't cause them.

I don't always land grab. Look at this set I was all-X until that one guy topfed me and I retaled with a PS and a few failed missles :p

when it was me it was only once per valid reason. like some missiles to displace someone from a top spot :)

Grabs should never be cause for war. If someone makes repeated topfeed and contact was made with no changes I personally would farm them and have war allies FS the offending tag so as not to screw up my netting set. Just my 2 cents tho.

Missile rentals are cause for war though. That is stupid. As is missiling him before the retal, lol.

Either way the old team days were fun times. TSO had me at the top of the list for all time defends and deaths for a long time :p

Someone should go graph out the number of players set by set and see where the decreases start, and then compare it to other servers as well. Kind of interesting to look at.

decrease began after 1st set (although server was still alliance then) when server had near 400 countries (next set 246), year later countries had dropped to 123 (next set 161), year later 145 countries (next set same), year later 134 (next set 140), year later 69 (next set 80) and last set 99.

alliance (council at that time) had 978 countries on 1st ee-set (set later amount had dropped ~200 countries), ~year later 741 (next 755), year later 793 (next set 861), year later 881 (next 841), next year 673 (next 706), year later 447 (next 417) and last set 417.

ffa 1st set 3280 countries and last set 2028, apr-june 2012 prolly had highest amount of countries 4150 (2 sets later amount had dropped with bit over 800 countries).

primary 416 and last set 274, express 462 and last set 118, tourny a had 268 and last set 50, 1st set with 3 tourny levels 93/67/66 and last set 50/125/129.
