Thanks guys. Would have been nice to get ~48 million to really boost my top 3, but getting triple tapped even when I had 25 million turrets ruled that out :-). Sadly I won't be able to go for a 3-peat as I'll be enjoying a long holiday weekend.

Speaking of those stats, seems they think my country was only worth 21M networth on the stats page. I think it's my value if you discount units I had on the market, so maybe it will fix itself at some point...if not, note to self use my last 3 turns to recall those goods.

I was kind of lost in the middle of the set until CX Lae commented on my indi tech lvl after i hit him (Of course i don't know who is who in this game as I don't post in the forum much), thanks for that, but i am still having the mid game down syndrome which i think i need some guidance :(

cx messaged me saying that he could have made #2.. yeah .. he could have if not for the topfeed.

was trying to hit 35m but i saw all the fatties getting hit by #90 and upped my defense early.. with 350 turns in hands and 150 stocked.. cost me an easy $2m a turn cuz of the additional defense... :/ which translates to about minimum 3~4m in net..

on the other hand #5 had so much defense and still got hit.. so it wouldn't have mattered even if i did what i did cuz there was a target at my back.. but hey.

tech price the last 18 hours was good.. too bad i had increased it before the prices dropped.. if not could have saved quite a bit for a bigger jump., maybe another ~2m..

oh yeah !! ..!.. to the fluff's that stole my cash .. easily another 1m nw there.

lee, with CI in express there is no need to stock and de-stock food, but you can buy up a few million to store on the market for later use. Lately though prices have been low enough all set it is hardly necessary. The most important things for CI are playing frequently...ideally only use 30-60 turns at a time and then sell military on market. This prevents your costs from getting too high, and you can use the money from the sales for your next set of turns. Of tech's, Indy Tech is the most important, getting it to 140-150% is key, exactly where in that range depends on the current Indy tech cost. Some weapon and mil strat tech for when you start making hits is nice to get the most out of your units and land grabs. A little Business, Residential, and Military are nice as well...though these can often wait until later especially if tech prices are high. Feel free to look at my tech setups from end of this last set. My units aren't really a good representation of what I actually had during the game since I ran the last 380 turns only producing jets since they are the cheapest to maintain.

I end up running my turns with my Indy tech at 157%, maybe i panicked and bought alot of expensive Indy tech in the mid game :D

Since near the end we are running minus ~4-5m per turn, i normally use "cash" to run my turns, is this correct?

yeah, using cash for the last ~400 turns is best...with occasional turns used on the market.

Cash 20 turns, max sell to keep food upkeep down and rinse and repeat the last 24 hours. Building jets I don't nessacraly agree with, I will build whatever is selling the best and make the most of the market. Turret upkeep is more costly but usually a high seller as player are looking to keep what they have.

I've never taken my indy tech above 152% the last little bit of any tech is overly costly to obtain. The rewards for the extra few % don't seem to out way the cost.
