Whether OG maintains a 1:1 policy in the case of an RD tagged country grabbing OG will be reviewed should any further grabs be made.

You're more than welcome to retal as you feel needs be. However...

1. Should you do more than 1:1, you must contact a color first for approval
2. All retals must be made within 48hours
3. Should you retal higher than 1:1 that will be taken into account when we decide wether to enforce the 1:Kill retal on you in future days, weeks, months,years (we have long memories). As you might have noticed it gets enforced on a case by case basis.
