He, I used to play this game when I was in Middle school during my one hour of free internet time at my local library haha. I just rejoined becuase why the hell not. There are some alliances that war and some that netgain. Of both varieties, some are a little more activity intensive. Here are my suggestions:

War:
SOF, SOL - both high activity but I would recommend SOF (I play in SOF)
Imagnum - lower activity

Netgain:
EVO, LAF - both high activity
Omega, LCN - lower activity

There are also some good all around alliances not mentioned. Rather than listing them and leaving one off, I will let them post for themselves.

Moral Decay (MD) would be one of those. We have a mix of war and net depending on the mood of the alliance and the server. Activity is usually higher during war sets, though. :)
