I'm not sure that can still be said. One of our members self deleted after the FS (if you can call it that) and one of them hasn't logged into his countries in a few days. Even with that in mind, this group has always run some of the worst-built/played countries I've ever encountered. In my opinion, CHAOS is still the underdog here.
