This thread got special in a hurry like so many others have so I'll just give my opinion on the two early topics.

1) LGing someone at war. How would you like that handled? As it stands, it's a case by case basis, with no hard limits set. Policing is allowed, though, so that's a way to enforce it without mods.

There really is no clean way to define this. It is not really a war hit, but may be considered by either side in an existing war as a justification to start a fight with them. If someone grabs a tag that I am at war with, I may go after that new tag as well.

Having police being more common may be a better way of dealing with that as long as there are enough tags willing to police either/both sides of a war in order to keep everyone else out.

2) Is Demo considered a 'harmful spyop'?

To this I say yes it is. Though it is perhaps less harmful than other ops that actually remove military or goods from a country, it still weakens a country and can be used to weaken their ability to hit back if attacked. That to me is a type of damage that I am willing to kill a country over.

And we shouldn't have to babysit the tards. That's the whole reason I'm pushing for your feedback in order to clarify the rules. People keep claiming they don't understand them(and it was Archaic's post to this effect, not Celphi's, that pushed me to act), and then fluff when they get deleted.

And again, if people are violating the rules, report them and message us. Almost every single time someone has messaged me, I look into it and make a judgement. I don't always agree with the reporter, but I almost always look.

You are free to fluff them up in conjunction with other tags as long as they're untagged. If they're joining in on a war, then report them and send me or bstrong(or both) a message and we'll delete them. I've already deleted Celphi twice this set for doing this...

Because these will be the same 25 people you play with. It's clear to me, the longstanding players of this server are not interested in creating an envirnoment which makes the server grow, their interests rest soley on making their alliance stronger. Right now, suiciders threaten their alliance.

It's not strictly against establish clans, because Book has been on TEAM awhile, and I haven't seen anyone police for them. Top10 has been on TEAM for what, two sets? Has anyone policed for them? No, because they're not part of the BIG-5.

I'm not trying to net exclusively. I'm simply giving feedback from the new players of the server. If you want that population to grow, the envirnoment is going to have to change.

Elders has never policed for anyone and nobody has policed for us. Villains never ask for police and i believe drunksex neither. Its never really been a problem for Elders.
If we ever got into a war and got grabbed to the point where we could not retal, we would probably get someone retroactively.

If you want to net, you have to NOT provoke the war tags. Its pretty clear. Top10 and weedylar finished their netting sets last set BECAUSE they didnt piss off the war tags. They knew who they could grab and get away with it. That and they dont pick fights on the forums. Cuz that shiz will get you killed too. Welcome to nullsec

The point you are trying to make is that there is an explicit arrangement by the "BIG5". It is my contention that this is much ado about nothing. We have explicitly aligned against suiciders... but beyond that, there are no other specific arrangements. We all have retal policies. None of us mess with each others' retal policies... and therefore we rarely fight against each other. It DOES happen though. We have warred bad, drunksex, book, villains, but not weedy. I dont even know anyone in weedy.

So... go ahead and disprove that.

You're right, you may not always trade messages, but it's a basic understanding to attack anyone to threatens the BIG-5.

You sent ICON a message on taking on suiciders, how come Elders hasn't attacked #6?

The same reason you're killing all the other non-tagged countries. It just so happens the player for #6 is BUG., so he's exemptd. That suicider is OK, because he helps the BIG-5.

We said we would police for bad. True! We did not make any policing hits on their behalf. We would have if it were needed. Its only policing if you take retals... which we didnt.

Id like to contend the whole "this server is dying because of elders" idea. When we came to this server there were 116 players. Now theres 101. Thats not much of a difference. Imo

As for #6... i dont know the deal there. Im not really paying attention to that. Maybe spy him and find out!

Looking at his news, i see he hit weedylar... think it was a mistake? Also, he hasnt displayed any suicider actvities. Maybe he is, maybe hes not. Im not going to kill him before we know that for certain

And I'm not blaming Elders at all. I think your clan has played fair and competitive every set except for one. My point is that the server could be growing from 101 instead of declining further.

I'm just pointing out the double standard. Suiciders aren't even an issue to you. The issue are players who attack the BIG-5. Because if it were exclusively suiciders, then all of them would be getting killed.

Ask those other "BIG-5" tags how much communication there is other than a beginning of set handshake on 'you leave us alone and we'll leave you alone'

Or would you also like to include ICON and SHADY to that considering they got the same deal. If nothing else it protects the rest of the tag if one person goes batfluff crazy.

Heck, you can't even realize that we killed those xbadx suiciders out of boredom

edit: dissi was probably looking at Super Cool Game (#101) and not the number of live countries

I exchanged NO such information with Bad. In fact, i dont think ive spoken with Dreckon since the first day of the set. So i dont know what the fluff youre talking about.

It was MY understanding that we were all on the same side against untagged suiciders this set. We had that big meeting about it... you were there. And then you guys decided to go all cowboy on each other.

Its true that i sought you out to see what you guys intended on doing with Bad... because i thought we were on friendly terms based on our earlier conversations. Shall i post all of that personal correspondence between us to prove my case?

Well whatever. Why dont we just have a war about it so you can get your aggressions out?
