You accused my client (rybka) hence the burden of proof lies on you and not on my client.

You need evidence that is beyond reasonable doubt to substantiate your allegations that my client colluded or conspired secretly with #43 or with anyone else.

Keep in mind...

a) If the message was forged, then The Elders would be guilty for not only defaming my client, but also for attempting to get my client deleted.

b) If #43 did send the letter, then how does one determine the veracity of its contents? Perhaps #43 sent a poison pen letter to frame my client and to get my client deleted, or perhaps to goad The Elders into killing my client instead.

the simplest explanation is often the right one. also its up to the mods. so make your case as you will. im just saying your moral high ground is deteriorating. youre colluding with a suspected multi according to the guy who clearly has a vendetta against elders. probably with good reason... cant fault him for that though.

but i can fault rybka for colluding with at least one untag (who just may be a multi)

I'm not in on it, I represent my client rybka, who needed legal representation. The Elders by the way are ones who brought forward baseless innuendos and unfounded assertions against my client rybka. rybka maintains their innocence and categorically deny all allegations brought against them.

If this is about the untagged player hitting Elders, don't hold your breath. He's not violating the rules.

Pro-tip: Untagged players are not protected by the spirit of the game rules, therefore all of you can gang up on him without fear of moderator action. Have fun.
