Your timing is good. You had to be online to defend it though. Most of the time they get people who are not there to wall properly because they are logged out.

CD'ing 5mil troops and getting 200k tech & surviving 5 players (4 of which were tyrannies) with:
1.) nearly maxed turns
2.) hundres of millions of cash on-hand
3.) between 500k - 2.5mil barrels of oil
4.) with 130%+ Military strategy
5.) first strike
6.) all with missiles

How exactly did I fail at turn management?

And I did it with a rainbow country., with a net of negative 1.5mil a turn per turn.

Plus I don't have to be a punching bag for the next 4 days to prove a point. I did it with 84 turns vs a fully stocked war clan with almost full turns. I tried to offer a match between Elders and MiM. I had 0 takers. Your clan was only interested in a 5v1. So all this nonsense of me losing honor for fighting a spam clan is hilarious. It was an even match of 3 v 3, & I even gave them an 1 1/2 hr warning.

Tell me something. If I suck so bad @ warring- how come 5 players from Elders who have been warring for years on TEAM failed to kill me?

to answer your question why werent we able to kill you.

heres what our conversation looked like (im paraphrasing).

we start hitting, you made your presence known immediately that you were online. we were 80% sure that youd report us for hitting you... so we may as well push on even though with optimal stonewalling techniques we would never have been able to come close to killing you. our best hope was that you burn all your turns and we could get the kill.

knowing all this information and that in the morning we probably would get deleted even though thay decision was bs... we decided to carry on hitting you. if we survived we would carry on hitting you. and when i restart this set im going to try to hit you again.

No thanks Nerrus, been there, done that. Celphi is the worst team mate I've ever had the dissatisfaction of playing a reset with. You don't bail on your team to have some AB war with a country that made a legitimate retal. Knew what kind of asshole we were playing with when he posted archaic's real info on the boards to prove he was right. Now we know the full extent of his fluffness by the way he's played this reset. :)
