I don't think its you [ebert]. I'm just aware of some people who meet up on mIRC, & when their set goes *bad* they help their buddy out by selling their units cheap. Sometimes it's oil, sometimes it's troops, whichever that can go under the radar. In fact, I've seen it occur with medical tech. In this situation the receiving person sells the troops at $110 after buying at $55. Buying troops at $55 and reselling at $110 is doubling your money.

I for one are against standing orders. The idea was logical, however nobody rarely sells at the SO price. They almost always sell just above it.

Also, I'm against the market notifying you exactly when it will hit the market. Both of these abilities make coordination within the market easier.

I doubt I'll ever win the way I play but its nice to prove you don't need a lot of land to get t25 or even t10. I was only hit once this set and made him pay dearly.

Still haven't figured out the best land for a techer, but I'm thinking probably about 8500 which will be my goal for next set.
