Does the private market continue to replenish even after turns/saved turns have maxed out?

If at first you don't succeed, reverse the polarity.

What is the refresh rate (not time, but amount) based on for your private market? Is it acres, or purely how many MBs you have? I assume it's # of MBs.

not mbs either, if you bought out your priv then your country regenerates 3 troops, 2.5 jets, 2.5 turrets, and 1 tank for every acre your country has for each turn that your gain.

mbs only help lower military expenses and pm prices.
