first off Duff I'm assuming you're referring to 80% land:land that every clan acknowledges except imag
that's acceptable for landgrabs that aren't topfeeds. The fact that 083 #416 grabbed a country with 185.0% more land than him ( a real schitthead move ) so when xxx #225 retalled twice for 79% as you indicated he most certainly deserves another retal.

but that's a mute point because there was a 200% land:land pact signed between the 2 alliances in question.....and I use the word "alliance" very loosely in describing what imag think they are.

That **not** a dead horse. It doesn't matter what iMag accepts if you signed a pact with them. When you sign a pact with someone you are agreeing to the terms inside of said pact. Unless that pact you signed states that they cannot retal more than 2 times in 24 hours then what you say is the dead horse.

Many alliances have all sorts of pacts. And with all the pacts they can also have 'unpacted' terms that are publicly posted for everyone to see.

You don't sign a pact with someone and they say thats not accepted by iMag, it was accepted when you signed it.

I can't tell if you're slow to this or just playing games but this seems pretty clear on my end.

Besides all that if they get 200% land off your guy what does it matter if its 2 hits one day then 1 hit the next vs. 3 hits one day? What is the logic behind that?
