I have 3 racks of ribs (among other things) going on the smoker at 8am tomorrow for a 1pm BBQ, expecting about 20 people.

And then Sunday is the same thing, just at a friends house and not mine, thankfully.

Hosting a party is fine, especially because I get to let loose knowing i don't have to drive. Then the next day happens and there's a ton of fluff to clean up, and i usually have a hangover to go with it.
