most i've seen has been 1 prez with 2-3 vps and then hia and 2-3 ass ia and same with fa dept and war dept same.

Sol has always had 3 heads. Even when they had 200 members. Regardless if a lot of apollyons cousins played and a ix guy was doing a double persona
