4th. I played farmer tekniques probably could've done better if bushel prices weren't so bad. I also f'ed up and had a cash shortage in last 30min that probably cost me 1mil NW.

Tekniques, I used to play delayed all-x rep casher, but haven't in several months. Would be easy to be mistaken for a bot these days, but I guess that wouldn't be a bad thing if taking retals. :)

mrford, it was fluffty for me. I hit my marks along the way but I just couldn't sustain any momentum. Missed my end land goal, but always do.

well, i usually just mes with the market at the end of the set, but i fluffed around and somehow had 87mill food with an hour to go in the set. food had already cashed then so a PM destock was the best i could do.

i spent most of the set as a mono, and lost 5K acres to LGs i never retalled...

I took on some mess around with a couple doichebags, ebert and another, and some fluff stole hundreds of millions in cash through ops.

Would have been 30+m even with tech never being very good

suicided hardcore, gave up and cashed out, cake walk 10th.
had I not been suicided and merely gave up at turn 850, i was looking at 33-35.
had i continued to own and grabbed another 10k within the next few hundred turns (which i would have, in my sleep), i would have had 48m you nubs.

we'll see what happens next set when i join gdi and take it seriously to show you nublets how it do

I quit at turn 950 because it was fluffing beautiful out this weekend, might not sound like a big deal but i have been living in a frozen ice prison for 4 months so a 60 degree saturday = pretty awesome.

Tech was bad but techers still could post good scores. However i didnt log in on saturday or sunday because i had better things to do and a 30m net country wasnt worth my time this weekend.

Did mrford make top 30 again? I'm wondering why he posted top 30 instead of the normal top 20.

Problem is, it's my 2nd-highest ranking country in Express.

So you screwed your own set by retalling my retal. Especially when it failed. Glad you didn't get top 10. Antics like that on me will always cost you in the end. When will people learn to not dt or retal my retals.

Ebert I will never recognize someone attempting to retal me 72hrs after I hit them, in express no less, as a legitimate retal. It was a petty spiteful hit from a petty spiteful person and I would much prefer to let you know that then let it go and finish out the set.

I guess we each play our own way. If you land grab a good express player early on expect a big real later. I am not alone in that sentiment.

To me, this game is like golf. When I was playing golf regularly, I used to fluff the whole round saying I would never do this fluff again, and then call for t-time on the way home. "Hmm..maybe if I try this.." always got me to return. Same here, but I enjoy the interactions, and a couple have really helped my game. Again, like golf.
