late set humanitarians are tighter than normal humanitarians.

During the last 30 turns of a reset, the humanitarians range will tighten with ((turnsleft/31.7)^2+1.05) with a minimum of the range; (ie GDI, team)

basically unless target is very close to your nw now you can't attack against it.

it was made to prevent suicides during last couple mins/hrs of set.

Maybe it can be adapted to protect only the top 10?

why only top 10? aren't players between 11 and 500 as important as those in top 10?

it was suggested (if i recall correctly) that if country/tag has made x amount of attacks past x hrs/day against alliance then it wouldn't be protected by late set humanitarians.

those late set humanitarians once saved my ass after i did payback to certain moron (he deserved it fully and yes i would do same again).

The suiciders normally try to wreck guys in top 10

It's called the Rockman rule. Evo got caught cheating, so they changed the rules in honor of the one who provoked them to break the rules.

It's a good rule. You should be proud of the results ;)
