Then you appear to missile retal the wrong country (no history with #59?), then see your retal on retal planned strike fail..... thanks for making my evening.

Mr Ti your moral compass humours me! it doesnt really work calling a country lucky because you are incapable of successfully achieving a retal on retal planned strike. the only luck aspect was the fact it was you and not one of the many players who actually know what they are doing. But they dont tend to try farm countries then throw there dummy out the pram when they get retal'd

I take it case by case. You could say i am fickle. if you dare to retal me, you have to be feeling bold. you have to have a formidable country. or you have to prepare to become my fluff. in this case, i observed the player in question and made the determination he had no business making a retal on my mighty country. When you have taken 400 more turns than me, and i can 5x tap you, and you dare to retal me? well, let's just say, it's a war game, and the strong will crush trhe weak. Lol

Theres nothing in the rules that say i have to allow anyone to attack me, retal or not. Theres nothing in the rules that says I cannot respond with the full might of my army if that is what I want to do. If the guy rolled over like he should have given our respective stations I would have got a lot of land out of it. Instead he thought it would be a bright idea to missile and AB me. That's his choice and he was punished for it and I still netted my way to the top with ease.

Now, as for the purpose of this game, it's two-fold. First, it"s obvious that it ranks by networth, which is a well and good way to rank things so people like me that run pristinely efficient countries can show off their prowess. But the game also retains all its warring functions and has destructive ops and missiles, so that it is a dogg eat dog game as well. That way if some plebe interferes with my game and I want to decimate him I am able to do so.

Why are they retaling. They are trying to teach me a lesson for taking a legit grab. But I am better than them so it doesnt work out well for them and the lesson ends up being taught to them. Hoenstly having won more times than i can count, winning is a bit boring and its more fun putting people in their place.

The guy I beat down last set had a correctly built country. Farmer. Tech level was okay but not great. But he had taken 400 more turns than me and I could 5x tap him so he must have taken an inefficient route to get there. I had no choice but to make him eat my ass.
