There are the times where you CAN"T get married and thus have your anniversary also at the this time.

1. Football Season so September - February. There will be more than big one game falling on your anniversary in the future that you will have to try to watch to the detriment of no fun time that night.
2. NBA Finals (Early June) - Basketball at its best.
3. March Madness (Mid-June to first week of April) - "Nuff Said
4. Around or Between Christmas -New Years. Seriously, no one wants to spend their vacation at your wedding in Wisconsin.

That leaves late February - early March, April/May and most of the summer.
