First exchange was a grab by LaF and a retal for more by iMagNum.

Then we have two grabs by LaF.

Very soon after one of thos countries grabbed hits LaF.

Next the other iMag country grabbed retals LaF.

At this point iMaG and LaF discuss and agree to land:land retals on #105 for the hit on #82.

#105 is notified numerous times of this and responds with messages such as:

After Further being notified #105 threatens his rage and proceeds to CM NM EM GS and harmful spy ops like bomb buildings on #54 that was doing retals.

#105 then apologises and drops defence to let #54 continue doing retals.

About 5 hours later #319 then EM's CM's NM's #243 that he had already retaliated. And then grabs #71 and #391 both of which were uninvolved at that point.

We are still happy to work with iMagnum to resolve this issue but #319 at this point had a high likelihood of causing further damage.

--10+ harmful spyops made by at least one country against any single country within 24 hours
--5+ missile attacks made, by 2 countries, against any country within 24 hours

These are the provisions of the EWPP which have been breached.

Thats pretty well it in a nutshell. LaF does not declare war on Imagnum here, our channels of communication are still open to Imags leadership as we believe 319 has acted outside of his alliance leaderships will.

I did, I was backing up my clan member, who said he's now quitting the game because of this incident which LaF started. That angers me. ^This started the fiasco, apparently its okay to hit two countries in the same tag within 30 seconds of eachother, as far as im concerned LaF broke the EWPP. In all honesty the whole server should be tagkillin you. But they wouldn't want to mess alll there netting sets up to enforce this contract. It's easier too kill a small tag than do whats right and punish the real aggressing clan. Don't tell me about last set, Imagnum waited until the EWPP was up before FSing Rival (a tag we were not pacted with) Therefore, Imagnum honors the contract. No need to kill the other Imag countries. I acted alone, and it is justified. You want to outrun a retal? I got my retal, but my tagmate didn't stand a chance at getting his. Tagmates protect eachother, that's what clans are for. You back eachothers play no matter what. I only backed up mine just like LaF is backing up #243 for tapping two countries in the same tag back to back. Clans only do that when they have no respect for that other clan and when your not given respect. You act out, to show why you SHOULD be.

Prospect there is a way we go about handling these kind of things... and things were already handled by your leadership team through inter alliance communication. Our members made the initial hits in the exchange yes... we won't deny that. We had some members wanting to try and midfeed and grow (an agressive techer strategy) you guys retalled well and earned a pact from us that would have seen u or your clan mates not get hit again this set by us at all. Every alliance excepts retals on their countries that make the hits and not others which is why your FR/Prez was involved. What John had done and understands now was wrong (but we do understand why he did it, this is a war game)

I think the point you missed when you went on your spree is that you had actually already had the win before that... those actions after making the LG retal were the only mistake. Restart and keep going though, I don't hold any malice towards you for what you have done. I hope your wanting and willing to learn more about this game and keep playing it for years to come. I'd also be happy to have a proper chat with you to explain more about this server and its workings if you would like.

The EWPP says:

--5+ landgrabs by any country on a single tag within 48 hours*

There were only 2 landgrabs not 5.

Im assuming you are #319. #243 did 2. You retaliated one. You had 2 more retaliations you could have done. You could have retaliated for your tagmate if you were able to. Its an alliance play based server. You backed him up in a way which potentially causes problems for the rest of your tagmates. When you could have helped him instead. You also continued a conflict he had chosen to resolve.

We were not backing up #243 solely, and definately not for the original 2 hits. We were backing up the uninvolved countries that you decided to involve.

but in all seriousness, 1 laf member hitting 2 imags one time each, is about the furthest thing from an act of war that this server has ever seen. in fact, those laf grabs were stupid grabs that were promptly retalled by imag and imag made out very well in that retal. in the future, just make your retals and embarrass the guy and move on.

the EWPP makes provisions for the hits that 243 tried to make to promote that style of play if someone is "Good Enough" to do it (which this set our individual wasn't) we made our members aware of what the rules were to grabbing unpacted alliances when attempting this kind of play (otherwise we would have all farmed u guys from the start and kept you down so u could never have retalled) but we aren't about driving more players from the community intentionally.

Well, IMag's missilles and harmful ops broke the EEWP first, hence IMag deserves the killing if you want to use the EEWP.
