you can get to quite low nw by just making fresh country and dropping acres to 1 and selling troops and bushels away and then keep buying bushels on public and selling at priv until you don't have enuf money to buy bushels.

And with less players, more people will start to break gdi and farm, causing more frustration and players quitting... Causing more farming of those sticking it out, and more quitting. It's a slippery slope now boys.

If you max out all your tech your chances of suffering an earthquake drop to 0%. In fact I've heard of some people even gaining buildings.

Also the more military units you have on hand increases those land gains from maxed tech earthquakes. So buy his tech, and buy my jets. It's the only way to win. :-)
