A country is a country. Whoever chose to name said country after a recently deceased person does not get automatic immunity. If they expected that, they are the true lowlife.

Suiciding with provocation is fluffty no matter what, and it's relatively pointless at this point in the set, since most good players could restart pretty quickly and not have lost THAT much ground either for netting or warring purposes.

Having said that, you have to consider that not everyone knows what a country is named after. and Hneft isn't completely off base (although perhaps he could have shown a bit more tact) with saying that just because you name a country after a person who just died you should get immunity from things. If I named all my countries Mad Morticia, I might be a bit upset if they were hit, but I can't necessarily expect every player in the game to know who Mad Morticia was or to realize that I'm doing a tribute to her.

Having said that, if the person deliberately targeted them BECAUSE they're a tribute. That's especially fluffish.

You're a scum if you think you're less deserving of being suicided on just because you chose a country name that has sentimental value to you. Some of my country names have had sentimental value to me, and others haven't, but that played no role in how important the country was to me. It's just a country name. Pretending like I'm more deserving of being suicided on than you because of your country name's importance to you is a really douchebag attitude to have. You're not more important than the rest of us. Get over yourself. I'm more deserving of being suicided than you because I'm a brutally honest asshole on these boards. But choosing a country name with sentimental value gives you no special preference with regards to whether or not you should get suicided on.

WOW Every time i have made a country as a memorial it has been killed,not from suicide but but still killed it is the nature of the game. What some people call suicide some call evening the score even if it is not the country that hit them. So eat some cheese!
