1st i got ab'd after retalling and then i get gs'd after doing retal. there went my nice set. ~300 turns unspent.

koh: yea it does but i didn't think i'd need it and then it was too late and not possible recover fully.

Sorry about that, Marshal. I had just read a post by another frequent poster (present on this thread), congratulating himself on what a great set he allegedly played.

Sagittarius deserves to be deleted for trying to recruit help via in-game messaging.

BTW, I recall someone playing a country in Express by the name of "hope" that got pissed that I retalled more land back than he grabbed, with similar results. Sound familiar, anyone?

How can you spend us much time in these forums as you do and not think you need GDI?

I played hope. More land on a retal is what you expect and if your country is strong enough to hold the land you are unlikely to hear more from me. But if you have to go very jet heavy to pull off the retal I usually grab again.
