The percentage you accumulate for pm regen is just a per turn multiplier, correct?

for example, if a country with 100k land has pm regen at 20% you would expect 360k troops to be generated in the private market, rather than the usual 300k? (assuming pm is empty when logging out)

I've never used pm regen before, so just wanted to make sure that I actually understood what was happening :P

Thanks for the help.

No oil for me this set. I'm just going with the old way, using pm regen to destock. I'm gonna try stocking oil next round.

I wonder with the new use of oil for pm units, if someone will be able to stock enough barrels to jump to #1 on the last day. I'd be a little pissed if I was holding #1 with a few minutes to go and someone vaulted over me lol
