Plus I assumed Vic was Marge bc Marge sent me a msg in game, and 5 mins later Vic sent me an email out of the game.

I just figured the post was suggesting 'bad bid' for not checking the news before attacking him. But I see what you're saying...

For the attacker to get 64 tech points (even allowing for DR reducing returns) shows the defender is not a techer and also shows s/he carries small volumes of tech - fair guess that Weapons tech is low. The cash gain on the other hand, making allowance for DR, shows that this defender likes to carry a lot of cash - it is a fair guess they carry less military than others. That might be temporary while so heavily in DR but my own guess would be not so, I would guess it to be a matter of general playing style.

The very low troop/tank losses compared to turrets shows that the defender does not fear special attacks and carries a minimal proportion of troops/tanks. So perhaps they play a disciplined game and don't often get into scraps or they are not very experienced or they are more used to Alliance than to Express or the other solo servers. The low tech level suggests option two but liking to keep expenses down and carrying a lot of cash quite strongly suggests option three. That would be my guess.

There are some other inferences but those are probably the main ones.
