Thanks guys. On that note, I think I'm going to retire from EE, at least for awhile. It's starting to feel more like a chore than a game these days. I'll still check the boards so continue to post funny things!

Huge drop in players, not enough easy land, market was crapy, lots of people took the set off... *shrugs* take your pick.

For me it was the terrible Indy market, high oil prices, slim pickings for land, and a few early retals that made me want to give up any effort through the holidays. Oh yeah and the first month I was working 6 or 7 days a week and just missed way too many days of play.

Thanks. I was an oiler/farmer hybrid. Learned from the mistakes of the last two times I played it.

Indies are saying it was a bad set for them but it was even worse for techers. Prices were garbage all set. Pretty sure I got top techer in 14th unless Delphinus was teching but he was probably demo casher
