1 sounds interesting... can i please get some more information on how that works....

ie each time u sell the oil on ur pm it increases ur base pm size by that much and isn't subject to PM decay ?

hm; no, as in, if you spend 40 barrels of oil you'll get 30 troops, 25 turrets, 25 jets and 10 tanks on your PM. They will then be subject to decay as normal.

This basically just puts a floor on end of set oil giving a second valid stock option

You still need the cash monies to buy them units you create.

Yeah, increased oil demand, shift in destock times, i would have been less screwed woth my 10m barrels late this set lol

I had 30m to start with, dont judge me.
